The Barry Flanagan Archive is located in London’s east end at the Estate of Barry Flanagan’s offices.

Researchers can access the archive and the estate’s library upon a successful application. There is no admission fee but you are required to apply for access.

Appointments to visit the archive

Appointments can be made between 10:30am and 1pm and 2:30pm to 5pm. Between Monday and Friday by appointment.

We aim to reply within 5 working days where we will let you know if your application has been successful or not. Upon a successful application we will arrange and confirm an appointment with you. Confirmation of your appointment confirms your agreement with the researchers terms and guidelines.


The Flanagan archive is located in the AB fine art foundry in the east end of London.
