Note to 'Carolyn' [Dancer and choreographer Carolyn Carlson] taken from a narrow notebook and photocopied together on an A4 sheet. Thoughts and musings [possibly referencing Herny IV's turbulent personal life and split from the Catholic Church] with a sketch of a musical score titled 'Hazel/Tuesday Morning/first thing, Henry IV, Stoneleigh House'. [Hazel Gardiner assistant to Flanagan.]

Note of an appointment at the Whitechapel Gallery, London on July 17th, with art handler Anthony Lawrette. Notes of research. Note on
